Twenty years ago, I officially became an engineer. At the time, I had no idea how far this profession would take me, the countries it would allow me to discover — Congo, Gabon and Nigeria — the extraordinary people I would meet, the values, principles and skills I would develop, the family I would build, and, above all, the man I would become.

France has played an important role throughout this journey. My professional experiences here have enabled me to develop a wide range of skills, not only technical expertise, but also deeply human capabilities: sharing knowledge, supporting others and mentoring.

France has also contributed to transforming my mindset, my perspective on others and my respect for our differences, despite the surrounding noise, prejudice and narratives that sometimes seek to divide us.

Today, these values take tangible form through the experience-sharing sessions I lead following my doctorate at Silk Road Business School, including with prestigious institutions such as the China International Engineering Consulting Corporation.
