Project Controls, PMO & Programme Governance

I view project control as a strategic management discipline: linking project data, commercial reality and corporate governance to enable informed decisions and reliable delivery.

My job consists of integrating cost control, planning, risk management, contract administration, forecasting and executive reporting into a single system, in order to strengthen delivery performance, commercial results and the quality of management decisions.

Mechanical engineer, MBA in financial engineering and trained in the negotiation of commercial contracts, I combine technical expertise, financial analysis, contractual management and project governance.

In parallel with my practice, I am conducting a doctorate in business administration devoted to the asymmetry of the energy transition, AI governance and inclusive growth.

Doctoral research

Doctorate in Business Administration dedicated to the asymmetry of the energy transition, the governance of artificial intelligence and inclusive growth. The work focuses on transparency, risk management, contractual intelligence and equitable participation in global energy systems.
