Executive summary

Transforming organizations to improve performance sustainably

I work where strategy must become execution capability. My role is to clarify the organization, structure governance, make data reliable and create the conditions for fast, traceable and accountable decisions.

I integrate organizational transformation, performance management, cost control, planning, risk, contracts, forecasting and executive reporting into one management system. The goal is not more data, but earlier and more precise action by teams and leaders.

A mechanical engineer with an MBA in Financial Engineering, PMP® certification and organizational leadership training from Harvard Business School, I combine technical expertise, financial analysis, contract management and change leadership.

My speaking and training work extends this practice. With PMI France, PMI Senegal and IDEP, I share field-tested methods designed for immediate application.
