Can a country move you, even when it is not your own?
A personal reflection on America, encouragement and the power a country can have to awaken courage, movement and possibility.

Can a country move you, even when it is not your own? This is a special story about me and a special land.
I first met the #UnitedStates in 2019 (and also several years later). And during these visits, beyond the lights, the cities, the scale, and the energy, one thing stayed with me deeply: the spontaneous compliments, the encouragement, the way people could look at your ambition and respond with belief.
Contrary to what we sometimes hear in the media, I experienced a country where #dreams are not immediately dismissed. A place where, when you dare to say what you want to build, achieve, or become, there is often someone ready to encourage you, guide you, connect you, or simply remind you that it is possible.
That moved me.
No nation is perfect. No story is without complexity. But some places have the power to awaken something in you : a sense of possibility, courage, movement, and expansion.
For me, #America was one of those places.
On this historic #250thNationalDay, I celebrate the United States of America not only as a country, but as an idea that has inspired millions across the world: the idea that a dream deserves space, effort, courage, and belief.
Happy 250th Independence Day to the United States of America. Happy National Day to all Americans.
